Theta Theta Capital Campaign
Thank you for your interest in donating to the PsiU campaign to protect our chapter’s future. Your donation will focus on four critical priorities:
- Delinquent property taxes ($250K) – The delinquent taxes must be paid by September 1, 2026 or the property will go into foreclosure auction.
- Protecting the Structure (estimated $150K) – Roof and gutter replacement, repairs to water damaged areas (bathrooms, kitchen, chimney), and restoration of exterior wood trim to prevent further deterioration.
- Life Safety & Security (estimated $130K) – Fire system repairs, self closing doors, updated extinguishers, and improved egress routes to meet modern safety standards.
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (estimated $400K) – Hydronic heating repairs, correction of electrical code violations, removal of obsolete hardware, and essential maintenance to extend the life of core systems.
The building works are not cosmetic upgrades—they are foundational investments that will determine the chapter’s ability to thrive for the next 50 years. A safe, modern, and structurally sound house strengthens recruitment, enhances the undergraduate experience, and preserves the legacy we all benefited from.
We’re asking each alumnus to consider a leadership gift or multi‑year pledge at a level meaningful to you. Your support directly impacts the young men who follow us and ensures Psi U remains a premier fraternity at the University of Washington.
Thank you for your continued commitment to our brotherhood.
